Any structural alterations to the interior or exterior of the apartments must receive written permission of Devonshire Court Ltd
II
When employing workmen,please ensure that dust sheets are laid in the communal hallways if materials are being brought in or out of the premises, ie large objects (Suites,Cookers,Washers etc.) Any damage, marks or stains to the walls,ceiling or carpets this will be charged directly to the resident responsible.

All Stereo, radio and TV appliances should be kept at a reasonable volume which will not interfere with your neighbours quiet enjoyment of their home. No noise should be audible outside apartments between 11.00 pm & 08.00 am

All doors,front and rear should be closed quietly. The doors should remain closed at all times. Strangers should not be allowed in to the block.Please report any suspicious activity to the police. 0845 125 3545

No obstruction (e.g. bicycles, prams, baggage, refuse sacks, building materials) of any kind should be placed in the common areas –porch ,hall or landings.
VI
Washing should not be hung out to dry on balconies or from windows
V II
Any dog or other animal on the premises which in the opinion of the management company is a source of nuisance or annoyance to the residents will not be allowed to remain.
VIII
Refuse sacks should be tied securely and placed in your refuse bin. Refuse sacks or other items for disposal must not be left lying around any common areas.
IX
Cars should be parked in a manner that will not obstruct other residents from entering or exiting their own garages.
X
Hard wood floors are only allowed on ground floor apartments.
