House Keeping
We maintain basic housekeeping rules which are based on the covenants of the management company and the lease agreement. It’s not simply a legal requirement that they must be followed - their purpose is to ensure that the overall standard of the development is maintained and to provide a harmonies atmosphere whilst living in close proximity to others.
It is the responsibility of the Devonshire Court Ltd. to ensure that the shareholders and tenants are made aware of these rules.They should also form part of any letting agreement between owner and prospective tenant Please ensure that they are inserted in the letting agreement before signature by the tenant.
