Garden Areas

The garden areas are communal and all owners/residents are entitled to enjoy this facility. Parties and barbecues are strictly forbidden. The same principles applying to noise within apartments also applies to Garden Areas. No noise should be audible from Garden Areas between 11.00 pm & 8.00 am.

Every effort should be made to keep the garden areas in a neat and tidy condition. The Gardens are maintained by professional Gardeners to a high standard.

Finally, we would like to point out that owners/residents with children must not under any circumstances allow children to play in these areas. The gardens by their design are not suitable as a play ground and the Management Company will not take any responsibility for injury to unsupervised children playing in these areas. Children must be under strict control and supervision whilst in or around the common areas or corridors.
